Shawn was friendly and polite. It ended up being as simple as the furnace filter being too thick and restricting airflow. Swapped out the bulky thick filter for a basic thin one and boom, furnace stays lit and running like a champ. I would definitely use All Pro again and Shawn for any further issues. Good, honest and kind technician, thanks Shawn!
